The Punter - Greyhounds to follow:
Flat Nose has many supporters at the track and has given punters some great nights. He boasts an outstanding record with 44 wins from 166 runs and I am sure owners will be hoping Flat Nose can reach an incredible 50 wins.
This May 2005 dog consistently runs well at the track and will always give you a run for your money.
Obviously he is not as fast as he used to be as his best time was 29.79 way back in 2007 but he still retains some ability.
I am sure we will soon see Flat Nose winning his 50th race at the track and I am sure a presentation will be on the cards when that day arrives.
So well done again to everyone involved with Flat Nose including his proud owners the RAGS syndicate.

David along with a small group within the Duddingston Arms is members of a syndicate called RAGS. They have greyhounds which run GBGB at Shawfield stadium in Glasgow.
The dogs are trained by Anne & Jackie Stirling their kennels are at Greenwell Farm Brageddie near Coatbridge.

RAGS are now trying to recruit new members to the syndicate for a small monthly cost of only £80.00 you can have an interest in 3 running dogs. Please contact David if you are interested or require more information.

The racing dogs are
Flat Nose will be 5 years old in May currently he has won 47 races and we are hoping he will make the big 50 which is some feat. Plans are to retire him in May and have a race named after him when he retires. Anne & Jackie Stirling plan to keep him at the kennels when he retires untill a suitable home is found. What a dog he is RAGS best dog they have ever owned just look at Tommy Gilmatrtins comments above.

Strawberry Cream is now 3 1/2 years having just won 4 races in a row looking a picture. The winter going is making the track run slow which is not the best for her but she is still worth a good wee bet.

Rebeccas Hustler had to be put to sleep after a very bad accident.

RAGS have just bought a very prommising young fawn dog Harry Lauder who is an April 08 dog with just 1 race on his card after grading at Shawfield. He looks as if he will be a good backmarker given time a picture will be put on the web site in the near future.
